ikja | I'm sure I am about to post on behalf of all LLers who wonder when their time is coming. I'm at a stage now where I accept that I haven't met my Mr Right yet. Although this is disappointing, I'm convinced that he is out there and I will meet him someday. I don't think I'm desperate, but I am anxious and I wonder why the right person hasn't come and shown himself to me. I've had a few readings and I've been told that I've got 2/3 years to wait. This is fine generally speaking, but then it got me thinking about when I was told that I had another 10 years to wait (until age 35). Now, I would prefer that not to be the case, because I would like to have children at a relatively young age, but if waiting means I'll get to be with someone that is right for me... I'll take that over rushing to meet someone now - anyday! As a result of the discrepancies between the two time frames they I've been given, I have a few questions: * What do you think is the most accurate divination method for predicting marriage or significant relationship? * Has anyone given you an accurate timeframe using your natal chart or cards? * Which transits (if any) do you think signify meaningful relationship changes? [if stated can you please try to elaborate on your answer] Thank you x |
astra7 | Have a look at your progressed sun, venus? What's the degree between Sun and Venus? That could be the time you meet a SO. |

teasel | I didn't get married with progressed Sun to Moon/Venus. My sister did. She threw things at my face, a few months before that, and left me with a scab on my forehead/over my left eye, a long, fiery red one, that made me look like I wrestle things for a living. Needless to say, I didn't meet anyone. I'm annoyed that a progression that was supposed to bring something beautiful into my life, brought her what she wanted, instead. A bully and her psychopath husband, rewarded. |

I got 21 😔 |
CosmiqPhuz | According to my progressed chart and transits, an astrologer predicts I'll marry at 30. Still a few years away for me. A couple psychics have said the same thing without knowing my birthchart (that I know of..). |

I don't mean to laugh at you. Somehow you're just funny. It didn't work for me either. |

My love life is abit crap lol - laugh away! I am not offended lol |
ail221 | Well when Progressed venus was conjunct my natal Sun/Jupiter I fell for someone but it didn't work out. I've had psychics tell me he was a soulmate blah blah. My progressed moon will conjunct my natal Venus soon so who knows who I will meet then. Using the counting between degrees doesn't work for me using my Sun to my Moon/Venus because my Moon/Venus are both before my Sun. Using my Moon to my Venus has already passed.

Maybe you're feeling the bite of Venus Rx?
|
Faith | With my rectified birth time... Transiting Uranus conjunct my Aquarius DSC conjunct my progressed sun in Aquarius. I don't think this is a formula for how to figure out when one will marry, though...especially if you have a Leo DSC and the sun transits it every year. But if you have a major transit and progression hitting your DSC head-on...that's gotta be significant. |

This method doesn't work for me because my natal Sun and Venus conjunct under 1 degree, separating. I am 36, but still not married. |
Billy_Wroth | There is the method of the Cycles between Sun and Venus, maybe that would work for marriage. At least I hope so since I'm in search for my guy :,( LOL |

My sister had Uranus in her first house, too. 29* Pisces, Uranus was crisscrossing her ascendant when she got engaged. It was also square her 10th house Sun (I think it's in the 10th - my 3rd house). |
teasel | When Saturn was close to my ascendant, I posted something here about giving up. I was tired of only attracting unhealthy men, usually attached, or dealing with a drug or alcohol problem. People responded with soothing "don't give up" words, even though I felt good about giving up. I had never wanted my life to revolve around attracting a man. One girl responded that she found it inspiring. It didn't mean that I'd never wanted to experience love, though - real love, not someone latching onto another person, until someone "better" came along. Or new and potentially exciting. |
Kannon McAfee | The 'solar arc' Sun-Venus factor alone, even when the progression is exact, is not enough. My natal: Venus 28TAU49 <minus> Sun 6TAU13 = 22*36' = age 22-23. No marriage, no meeting of significant other, nothing. Nada. Any astrologer can give a list of persons or celebrities that illustrate the point, leaving those of us who don't have the same validating experience to feel something other than what we're looking for. Natal factors related to introversion/extroversion, pace in life, and chronology need to be taken into account. Obviously a person with Sun <10-degrees> Venus will not marry at ten. Saturn plays a part. If you have Sun rising before Venus in your chart, it indicates self/will over affection/compromise. If Venus rises first, and progresses over the Sun's natal position, this is often better for relational effect. ------------------

Interesting... Well I was looking at charts last night, and here my husband's progressed chart for the time frame when we were getting together is almost exactly the same as my natal angles. So that's weird. On our first date: My pr sun 8.59 Aqua Tr Uranus 8.49 Aqua His pr DSC 8.04 Aqua His pr Uranus 9.44 Leo (on pr ASC) My natal DSC 7 Aqua I think My natal Uranus 6 Scorpio We decided to get married a few days after that date, when tr sun was in early Scorpio, probably conjunct my Uranus. He and I both have Venus-Uranus natally and we have it in synastry: my Venus trine his Uranus, his Venus sextile my Uranus. Of course I didn't know astrology at all back then, aside from sun signs, so this was all done "accidentally." But wow... Seems to validate this crazy thing we did. |
Faith | Oh and his pr Venus was on his pr IC exact, on my natal IC-name asteroid exact, if my amateur rectification is correct. ETA: How could I forget to include this? His pr Venus-IC/my natal IC-name, on our composite sun exact. On my draconic Mars. By "exact" I mean, all under 1 degree. |
curiouspisces89 | According to my astrologer...I will possibly get married during my first saturn return (she is not sure because my sun is not making an aspect and apparently I might choose not to marry) I am not very traditional ...I dont know if this is the same for all the people... still few years to go |
